What does Belorum do?
We are a technology consultancy. We help organizations with digital strategy, solution architecture, custom software, process automation, technical leadership, cybersecurity and modernization of existing systems, and with applied AI: agents, knowledge assistants, AI customer service and AI strategy and governance.
Where are you based and where do you work?
We are based in Bogotá, Colombia, and we have delivered projects in more than six countries.
How does an engagement start?
With a conversation about the problem you want to solve. Then we prepare a written proposal with the objective, scope, deliverables and success criteria. You can see the formats and the step-by-step method on the How we work page.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, so we do not publish fixed prices. We quote once we understand the problem, and in AI projects the business case includes the expected cost of model usage, so you can compare it with the current cost of the process.
How soon will we see results?
We start with a bounded first delivery, such as a diagnosis or a pilot on a single process, and agree on its metric before building. That way the first result can be measured before deciding to invest more.
Which cloud platforms and technologies do you work with?
We design architectures on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, and for AI we work with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry and Vertex AI, as well as open-source tools. We recommend the option that fits the systems and skills you already have.
Can you work with our internal team?
Yes. We can lead technical decisions as fractional leadership, coach your engineers, train teams by role in the use of AI and hand over everything we build with documentation and runbooks.
How do you handle confidential information?
Access to client information is restricted to the team assigned to the project, we use encrypted channels, we sign non-disclosure agreements when the project requires it and we delete or return the information when the engagement ends, as agreed. The details are in our information security policy.

How do you keep AI systems safe and under control?
With human approval for irreversible actions, least-privilege permissions, evaluation with real cases before launch and after every change, citations and decision logs, and governance proportional to risk. We describe it on our Responsible AI page.
